Understanding
Many companies give the impression of being out to make a quick sale, whether appropriate to the customer or not.
We understand, however, that the choice you are making is sometimes difficult, and always important. Being able to bathe in confidence and safety is a huge influence on our quality of life, and the choice of bath is also important to carers.
Support
Our main administration is located in Redditch, in the UK West Midlands. As well as all the functions you would expect there, we are proud of our support team who man the phones.
If you call us, you won't be put through to an anonymous call centre, you'll be talking to someone with the knowledge to help you.
Our people
The Access team work closely together so that those who deal with our customers can obtain all necessary information from technical and marketing staff. They can also communicate product improvement ideas or requests back to the development and production department. Perfection is impossible in most walks of life, but all-in-all, we think we do a good job.
