Warranty at Access Walk-in Baths

Knowing you have the after support can provide the security and trust needed when committing to a walk in bath. Here at Access, we want to provide peace of mind by offering the following upon the successful installation of an Access Walk In Bath.
- Lifetime warranty on door seal (free of charge replacement)*
- 5-year warranty on structural parts: ( bath shell, panels, glass doors and shower screens)*
- 2-year warranty on operational parts: (removable soft/hard seats*, taps/spouts**, brassware fixtures and motorised/electrical equipment, hinges, handles, plumbing/pipework**, waste systems, air spa, chromotherapy, bluetooth sound system, heated seat systems, seat lifting actuators, control boxes, batteries, operational control panels/buttons, touch pads, handsets and connecting wires.
* Subject to strict adherence to installation instructions and reasonable wear and tear.
** Subject to taps, spouts and plumbing/pipework supplied by Access Walk In Baths.
Please note:
- Warranty is void if installation instructions have not been adhered to in full.
- Warranty does not cover impact damage, erosion/discolouration/damage of/to surfaces due to inappropriate cleaning with abrasive cleaning detergents or use of unauthorised bathing products (as per instructions in user manual).
- Warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglectful or wilful use, including the wearing of footwear inside the bath.
All Access Walk In Baths should be delivered with a Access warranty card where you can register your details within 30 days of installation. If you cannot locate your Access warranty card and you are still within 30 days of installation, please contact the office where we can send one out electronically.
Going one step further, Access can offer an extension from the 2-year warranty on operational parts to 5-years. There would be a one charge of £630 (inc. VAT). If you would like more information, please contact our friendly customer service team who will be more than happy to help.
